I would like to have one more input.
For me, spot transactions get automatically triggered if i "Knock In" that OTC Option transaction and then "Exercise" the option. For this I have assigned processing category to transaction type 100 (for product type 76A) as 00112 Order - Contract - Knock-In - Knock-Out/Exercise/Expiration
When I am assigned processing category to transaction type 100 (for product type 76A) as 00101 Order Contract settlement, system does not create spot transaction.
Please provide with inputs, what is meant by "Knock In" and "Knock Out" and why it is mandatory to do "Knock In" "Knock Out"
