Hi Anusha,

The best way to use In-House-Cash (IHC) Module for capturing inter Co Loans & Deposits between Co Codes. You can map below scenarios in IHC module:

a) Internal Payments

This scenario consists of the following steps:

  • Subsidiary 2 sends delivery and billing document to subsidiary 1
  • Subsidiary 1 creates payment order for headquarters
  • Headquarters (IHC) creates bank statements for subsidiaries
  • Subsidiary 2 receives bank statements for incoming payments
  • Subsidiary 1 receives bank statements for outgoing payments

Reversal:

  • Headquarters (IHC) reverses payment order for subsidiaries and creates bank
    statements for subsidiaries

b) External Payments with Payment Medium for House Bank and by Check for

Vendor:- This scenario consists of the following steps:

  • Subsidiary receives and posts billing document from external vendor
  • Subsidiary creates and sends a payment order to headquarters (IHC)
  • Headquarters (IHC) creates bank statements for subsidiary
  • Headquarters (IHC) creates a payment medium for house bank and a check for
    the vendor

Reversal:

  • Headquarters reverses payment request for the house bank and creates bank
    statements for subsidiary

c)Incoming Payments and Cash Pooling :- This scenario consists of the following steps:
  • Headquarters receives payment medium from the house bank
  • Headquarters creates and sends bank statements to the subsidiary
  • Subsidiary posts the bank statements

Hope scenario b) or c) fits your Business requirement.

Thanks,

Sam
