LIBOR or EURIBOR rates are the best known and probably most often used reference interest rates, though you can define additional ones according to your requirements.
what you need to do is to define these reference interest rates in the following Customising node:
Financial Supply Chain Management > Treasury and Risk Management > Basic Functions > Market Data Management > Master Data > Settings for Ref. Interest
Rates and Yield Curves > Define Reference Interest Rates.
the major things what you define here is:
- a key for a rate, like SIBORSGD01 (for Sibor 1 Month SGD) - use naming convention, which is clear and easy to remember;
- Yield category;
- Currency;
- interest calculation method - should correspond to convention in the market;
- term and unit of time, like 1 month.
