How to create a subsidiary IHC bank

Hi Everyone

I am trying to create two levels of IHC bank areas. A main bank area and a subsidiary bank area . Subsidiary bank area is one of the accounts of the main bank area and the subsidiary has its own set of child accounts. How can this 2 layer bank structure can be achieved and what configuration is necessary. pls help.
