Yes I have this configured as follows:

Bank Area   Trns.Cur.     Transfer           Clearing Account          Transact.

--------------    -----------      -----------           -----------------------           -----------

IHB               ZAR               X                    BCA clearing Account     EXTPAY

however, not clearing happening.
