All operation have to be fulfilled in DEV system.
1. Arrange all fields: delete all data from fields which you don' need to be on screen.
Press Ctrl +S - to save variant.
2. Find all fields you need and put checkmarks in "Required fields" column for your fields.
Save variant and remember variant id.
3. Right now you have field with status "Required"
4. RIght now you can call variants and fields will get status you need. But users have to call variants - sometimes it is not convinient as users might forget to call variant.
tr. SE91 -> transaction code TPM1 in edit mode.
in "Start with variant" field enter variant id. Save.
Each time user starts TPM1 transaction - fields you needed will be with "Required" status.
