if you did the upgrade from sap4.7  to SAP ecc6 , Use the transaction FIBF and delete the following BTEs;

00001025     FI-TAX create deftax_item

00001030     FI-TAX set deftax_item

00001040     FI-TAX create deftax_item_revers

00001050     FI-TAX create deftax_item_mr1m
