This is because you didn't try!
Start tr. SE11 -> Enter ZVTB_DFCU id in View field -> Press "Create" button.
Choose "Maintanance View"
Enter Title of view and table for your view VTB_DFCU.
Enter all fields that you want to use in view.
Set parameters like on the screenshot.
New choose menu path: Utilities -> Table maintanance generator.
Create Function group using tr. SE80.
Then enter data like on the screenshot.
Save all and generate your view.
