While defining Correspondence activities in customizing through t-code S_ALR_87003890 , i got the following error:
Product category 51A () is not supported.
Message no. T0816
Diagnosis
Product type '' is defined as Customizing relevant in the Customizing table. SAP currently provides no functions for this.

Kindly suggest how to cater this issue.
