For your first dump, refer to description of note note 1548918
3. Change the definition of TRTFS_FLOW
a) Use the transaction SE11 to change the data type TRTFS_FLOW.
b) On the tab 'Components', add the following new component to the end of the list:
Component: FLG_MAIN_FLOW
(Typing Method: Types) if needed
Component Type: XFELD
You need to add this field FLG_MAIN_FLOW to TRTFS_FLOW.
Also for the second dump, try to check if Table Type RDPTY_VALID_FROM is active.
