as the message FTR_ASSIGNMENT003 is currently not customizable (it is hard coded as a warning), the SCN forum discussion seems rather not to be the right channel to discuss this: at the moment, the only solution for you is modification.
But as we are currently discussing internally if this could be changed in standard, I will update this message as soon as there is a decision - for sake of completeness.
