Hi Ravishankar,
You said the original contract and the netting contract are no longer valid since they offset each other, while the premature contract is the new contract where settlement happens. I just feel that the two offsetting contracts are still considered "outstanding" in the system since they contain the longer end date than the prematured one. Is my identifier that they are no longer valid just the object reference? How come the original contract still apears in TPM12 if my key date is less than the original term?. The original contract has activity category contract>contract settlement> fixing> fixing settlement. So if I preterminate it earlier, its activity would stop at "Contract Settlement" status only. I just worry that the original contract will still be considered as outstanding or unsettled and may still be open for further processing.

Chaikaru
