I have two questions.
1. How to cancel a forward contract before the maturity date?
The business scenario is, the user wants to enter an Exchange rate at the time of cancellation of the forward contract before maturity and hence the profit/loss arising should be posted as realized gain/loss to the accounts.
Do we have to make a premature settlement for the above scenario?
2. The business user wants to utilize partial amount of the forward cover booked for other purpose. In this case, he wants to enter the utilized amount, date and the utilization charges (if any).
How can we do this?
