Facility utilization amount increase/decrease

Hi all,

If I obtain a bilateral facility, and assign a Fixed Term Deposit Investment to it, why is the not utilized amount increasing and not decreasing?

Facility 1million, FTD investment 50000, I would expect the not utilized to be 950000, but it is showing as 1050000.
