Park and Post - in FTR_CREATE

Hello Experts

We want park and post concept in FTR_CREATE.

For this we are using Create and Settle. But my issue is:

When we settle any transaction, user is still able to change the fields (like price and quantity), which we want to restrict.

Our requirement is that, user should not be able to change the fields like price and quantity, after settlement is done.
