I will come to know my commitment fee as and when i receive statement from bank on quarterly basis. In this case do i need to create two conditions.

1. commitment fee payment

2. commitment fee accruals

Else, Do i need to enter flow types and its values as per bank statement and do this activity on regular basis for this facility?
